G:
Please check the receipt, if it is more than a year not much I can do as we give one year warranties, but if it is less I am on it sir. Send me the receipt, the date of manufacture picture on the unit and I can open a case.
Howard

I will check. The apparent defect is only now being discovered. The unit remained in the packaging quite a while and only recently upon moving to a colder area.

Interesting.
I bought it through my Amazon Prime account and my records reveal it is apparently out of warranty period.

I would respectfully suggest: (1) you stand behind your company's product and further suggest you may not only send a replacement BUT (2) test my device to determine whether my observations about the erratic pulsing off and on of the heat cycles can be repeated by your company product experts.
Repeat customers of Amazon Prime have reasonable expectations of quality of products, reliability, and safety of operation.
Either my observations are unique or cannot be duplicated in a risk management laboratory or quality control section or valid which raises questions.
Thank you for considering my concerns.
G Williams
